Geoffrey Dubinsky

Eucheuma, 2013, Steel, 90" x 19 1/2" x 30"
I am a metal sculptor and a skilled fabricator. My work explores the interaction between form and function, where beauty is accentuated by the soundness of construction and artistry of craft. My designs focus on a synthesis of organic forms and the rigidity of metal, making connections between natural and man-made structural frameworks or patterning. I am most interested in working alongside architects, furniture designers, and engineers to create inventive and cohesive living spaces, innovative objects, and stimulating sculptures.
